Toll Transitions

You will be appointed a Toll Transitions Case Manager and an alternate Case Manager to help you with your relocation. Your Case Managers will be located in the Toll Transitions Relocation Service Centre (RSC) closest to your current posting location.

They will be able to assist you with questions about your relocation and to provide you with the appropriate contacts and resources to assist with your move.

Your Case Managers can assist you with organising your move, including:
• organising a Pre-Removal Visit (PRV), where considered necessary,
• arranging the pack / uplift / delivery / unpack of your furniture and effects, and approving and organising any long-term or short-term storage requirements for furniture and effects,
• booking any travel and temporary accommodation (losing and gaining locations) you may need during your relocation,
• calculating and arranging payment of your relocation allowances, and
• approving payment of your relocation expense reimbursements.
